This webinar will provide Chinese-speaking INTERCARGO members with an overview of RISQ 3.2 and the RightShip inspection process. It will explain how inspections are conducted, how inspection reports and findings are reviewed and addressed, and how the RightShip Safety Score is calculated, including the distribution of ratings.

The session will also consider questions raised by participating members, including consistency among inspectors, the distinction between statutory requirements and RightShip requirements, the risk-based grading of findings, the treatment of documentation and equipment deficiencies, opportunities for crews to provide technical explanations, and the appeals process.
