Our Association’s 2026 autumn semi-annual meetings will be held in Rome, on Tuesday 10 – Wednesday 11 November 2026.

Tuesday 10 November

1. Technical Committee Meeting (TechCom) | 09:00 – 17:00 Local Time
   For Technical Committee Members (other Full Members’ representatives may attend as observers).
   Part of the meeting will be open to one representative per Associate Member
2. Dinner Reception | from 19:00 Local Time
   Representatives of all members and invited guests.

Wednesday 11 November

1. Executive Committee Meeting (ExCom) | 09:00 – 15:30 Local Time
   For Executive Committee Members (other Full Members’ representatives may attend as observers).
   Part of the meeting will be open to one representative per Associate Member 
   
2. . Annual General Meeting (AGM) | 15:30 – 16:30 Local Time
   Open to representatives of all Members.
