INTERCARGO held its 46th Technical Committee meeting on the 24th November 2022. The meeting was held physically and virtually, with the physical element taking place at the Four Seasons Hotel, Singapore.

During the meeting, three very interesting presentations were delivered:

- Dry-bulk ship-to-ship operations – Mr Rahul Sapra of the Standard Club
- Spotlight on Marine Fuel Quality Contemporary Issues – Mr Tim Wilson of LR FOBAS
