In partnership with Oldendorff, TradeWinds is bringing together leaders from across the maritime value chain to explore how the sector can become more resilient by centring people. We will dive into what is working for increased diversity, where progress has stalled, and what practical actions can create more inclusive and attractive pathways in maritime. Taking place on the 2nd of September, here we’ll aim to move beyond discussion to implementation: participants and speakers will share lessons learned, unresolved challenges and opportunities for collaboration.
The objective is simple: to leave with concrete insights, new connections and a clearer understanding of how maritime can build a more diverse, stronger workforce for the future.
