About the event
Following eight successful editions, and building on the conclusions of the 1st Mare Forum Chios held in May, the 9th Mare Forum Mykonos brings together a limited-capacity group of shipowners and ship managers, shipping executives, capital providers and investors, traders, charterers and energy executives, regulators, lawyers, consultants, shipbuilders and classification societies.
True to the Mare Forum tradition, this is a forum of ideas — no long speeches, no sales pitches. All registered participants act as discussion panellists, in a highly interactive format built around open dialogue and debate.
The programme will address geopolitics and shifting trade patterns; regulatory developments and Europe’s global positioning; energy security and realistic transition pathways; shipping markets outlook by ship type; finance and strategy — what owners want versus what capital providers expect; shipbuilding, robotics, ship recycling, circularity, navy and defence; cybersecurity, AI and digitalisation; the human factor and future talent; maritime tourism; and Maritime Greece in the European and global landscape.
