The second extraordinary session of the IMO MARINE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COMMITTEE (MEPC ES 2) met from Tuesday 14 October to Friday, 17 October 2025

  • Finalization of the IMO Net-Zero Framework aimed for adoption at this session, and
  • the development of a work plan for its implementation.
