The 22nd meeting of the IMO Intersessional Working Group on Reduction of GHG Emissions from Ships (ISWG-GHG 22) will take place from 1–4 September 2026. The meeting will focus primarily on addressing concerns with the draft IMO Net-Zero Framework, developing the supporting implementation guidelines and further developing the IMO Life Cycle GHG Assessment (LCA) framework.
ISWG-GHG 22 will produce a report on their deliberations which will be considered by MEPC 85 (30 November – 3 December 2026).
