INTERCARGO semi-annual meetings 14-15 October 2021

Dear Members,

 

Our Association’s next semi-annual meetings (Technical Committee, Executive Committee and Annual General Meeting) will take place on Thursday 14th and Friday 15th October 2021.

The meetings are planned to be held both virtually & physically at the Ritz Hotel, London.

Kindly note that due to UK Government rules on gatherings, the venue capacity is limited and the list of attendees will need to be shared with the hotel.

If you have registered to attend physically and your travel plans have changed, or for any other reason you are not planning to attend, you are kindly requested to inform us immediately, as we need to closely monitor physical participation.

Even if you attend physically, please be kind to have a laptop with you (with webcam/wi-fi), so that you can connect with the rest of the participants.

11:00 – 14:00 –  Technical Committee Meeting

For Technical Committee members (other Full member representatives may attend as observers)

Friday 15 October 2021

11:00 – 13:00 – Executive Committee meeting

For Executive Committee members (other Full member representatives may attend as observers)

13:15 – 14:00 – Annual General Meeting

For representatives of all Members

Venue:  The Ritz London
