Fees

To join INTERCARGO, members must agree to the conditions of membership laid out in the INTERCARGO Constitution. Please consult the Constitution for Membership categories and other important information.

The applicable Fees for 2019 and 2020 can be found below:

[Notes: New Members joining after the start of a membership (calendar) year (1 January) are entitled to an initial pro-rata membership fee.

New Members joining during the last quarter of a membership (calendar) year, in addition to being invoiced on a pro-rata basis for the current year, will be invoiced for the following year at the same time.]

Full Member

Full Member Annual Fees (GBP per year): GBP 4,500 for 1 to 5 ships and then GBP 350 for each additional ship, up to a capped maximum of GBP 21,000.

Examples:

A company with 5 ships to be registered with INTERCARGO: annual membership fee will be GBP4500; if joining in month July with “5” remaining months until end of year, the total pro-rata membership fee will be (4,500×5/12=) GBP 1,875 for the rest of the year;

A company with 8 ships to be registered with INTERCARGO: annual membership fee will be (4500+350x(8-5)=) GBP 5,550; if joining in month July with “5” remaining months until end of year, the total pro-rata membership fee will be (5,550×5/12=) GBP 2,313 for the rest of the year.

Consociate Member
Consociate Member : half the fees that would be paid as a Full Member.
Associate Member

Associate Member  Annual Fees (GBP per year): £1,250.

Example: if a company joins INTERCARGO in month July, with “5”remaining months until end of year, the total pro-rata membership fee will be (1,250×5/12=) GBP 521 for the rest of the year.
