INTERCARGO 2020 semi-annual meetings in London

Dear Members,

Our Association’s semi-annual meetings in London are confirmed to take place on 8-9 October 2020, at The Ritz London.

However, due to the uncertainty of times and the travel restrictions many may have,

the meetings will be virtual, with optional physical presence.

There will be a three-hour session each day, from 11:00 to 14:00 London time.

Details of the digital platform will be sent separately.

Thursday 8 October 2020

11:00 – 14:00 –  Technical Committee Meeting

For Technical Committee members (other Full member representatives may attend as observers)

Venue: The Ritz London

For Technical and Executive Committee members

Venue:  to be confirmed

Friday 9 October 2020

11:00 – 13:00 – Executive Committee meeting

For Executive Committee members (other Full member representatives may attend as observers)

 13:00 – 14:00 – Annual General Meeting

 Venue:  The Ritz London

The formal Dinner and INTERCARGO’s 40 years’ celebration event are postponed (to be organised at a more opportune time), but Dinner arrangements will be made for those who will join physically the meetings.
