John Nicholson of Idwal provided a presentation on how to leverage data on PSC deficiencies , looking beyond identifying defects to understand their impacts on risk, cost and performance.
Justin O’Hehir from Propel Marine subsequently followed up with a presentation on the recent port of Port Hedland’s Machinery Space Inspections, which came into force as of 1 May 2026, explaining some of the findings and challenges so far and how Propel Marine has supported their customers.
