Revised Terminal Reporting Form and General Guidance

Revised Terminal Reporting Form

With the implementation of new mandatory requirements on ballast water management (BWM) and declaration of harmful to marine environment (HME) on dry bulk cargo by shippers under the revised MARPOL Annex V, feedback from members suggested that there would be difficulties and aspects of unfair action/treatment related to PSC inspection and ship-terminal interface.

Responding to the request of members, the existing INTERCARGO Terminal Reporting Form v5.1 is revised. Now, “Terminal Reporting Form, v.6 24My2018” (click here to download Reporting Form v.6) replaces existing “Form v.5.1 : 1.1.2016”. The existing Form v.5.1 is still valid for some weeks before the revised Form v.6 reaches the masters of your bulk carriers.

The revised Form is numbered as Form (I), as we are finalised another Reporting Form (II) on safe loading/unloading at anchorage.
