Port State Control and Transparency

Update on 24 May 2019:-

The INTERCARGO Terminal Reporting scheme encourages bulk carrier masters to report all ship-terminal interface issues, such as difficulties related PSC and corruption issues linked to officials of various authorities including customs, health, police, immigration, agriculture, and defence.

A database has been kept updated for years. An updated version of the database is shared with shipowner members of INTERCARGO bi-monthly. An update of database in May 2019 indicated that the database contained entries of 518 ports in 95 regions/countries.
